Our Team
Dr. Cindy Wong
Dr. Cindy Wong received her dental degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Following graduation, she completed a post-doctoral residency program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she received advanced training in all aspects of general dentistry.
She has practiced in Maple Ridge and Richmond for several years, and currently practices at Dr. Kee’s office in Richmond. She is also a clinical instructor at the UBC Faculty of Dentistry.
Before going into dentistry, Dr. Wong completed undergraduate and graduate degrees in Nursing. She practiced as a full-time Registered Nurse at Vancouver General Hospital.
When not working, Dr. Wong enjoys swimming, biking, playing the piano, and travelling to different parts of the world to explore various cultures and to meet new people.
She is also fluent in Chinese.
Dr. Rho Kee
Dr. Rho Kee graduated from McGill University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering and completed his Dental degree at UBC in 1998.
After practicing in Fort Nelson, Dr. Kee has practiced in Port Coquitlam since 1998. Dr. Kee also has a practice in Richmond, which he took over from his family dentist of many years, Dr. Gary Sutton.
When he is not playing with his two young kids, he enjoys running and weightlifting in his spare time.
Dr. Sack Igarashi
Dr. Sack Igarashi graduated from the University of Alberta Dental School in 1992 and has been practicing in Port Coquitlam since then.
He loves all things outdoors and travelling. In his spare time, we can find him working on his vehicles, climbing, running, and anything the great outdoors offers.
Wendy
Front Desk Administrator
Wendy is one of our front desk administrators. She has been with Riverside Dental since 2002. Wendy grew up here in Port Coquitlam but moved outside the area for a while. When she came back to Poco, it felt like coming home!
When not at work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her husband—playing games and going for walks. She also enjoys music and volunteering at her church.
Kassia
Front Desk Administrator
Kassia worked in the hospitality industry for over 30 years. She has always wanted to work closer to home and finally can.
She and her husband are empty nesters. She enjoys paddle boarding, yoga, reading, and travelling in her spare time.
Michelle
Certified Dental Assistant
Michelle is a Certified Dental Assistant. She graduated from VCC in 1992. She grew up in Richmond and started working with Dr. Kee in his Richmond office in 2016. When she moved to Walnut Grove, she started working in the Poco office.
Michelle enjoys listening to music, walking in nature, and camping during her free time. She also loves spending time with her friends, family, and little dog, Jude!
Sara
Certified Dental Assistant
Sara graduated from Douglas College as a Certified Dental Assistant in 2000. She completed her practicum with Dr. Sack and has been working alongside him ever since.
In her spare time, she is spending it with her husband and two children.
Stephanie
Registered Dental Hygienist
Stephanie started her dental career in 2000 when she graduated from the certified dental assisting program at Douglas College. She continued her education and graduated in 2004 from the dental hygiene program at Vancouver Community College. She has worked at the office since 2007.
In her free time she enjoys running, biking, cross-country skiing, and spending time with her cats.
Michele
Registered Dental Hygienist
Michele graduated from the dental hygiene program at UBC in 2014 and has worked at the office since the end of 2015.
When she’s not at work, she’s often outside—hiking, climbing or camping. Sometimes on the side she dabbles in art and yoga.
Janice
Registered Dental Hygienist
Janice began her journey in dental in 2009 when she graduated as a Certified Dental Assistant from Okanagan College. This is when she first joined the office. She then furthered her education with the Registered Dental Hygienist Program at Vancouver College of Dental Hygiene and graduated in 2012.
In her spare time she enjoys a great dinner and glass of wine, travelling and spending time with her husband and dog.
Sarah
Certified Dental Assistant
Sarah graduated from Vancouver Community College in 1998 as a certified dental assistant.
When Sarah is not working she is with her husband and two children.
Kayla
Certified Dental Assistant
Kayla joined Riverside Dental Group in 2016 after graduating from the certified dental assisting program at Douglas College.
In her own time she enjoys travelling, gardening, and being with her family.
